A: If you purchase additional tickets from Kennedy Space Center for launch viewing from LC-39 Observation Gantry or Banana Creek Launch Viewing Area we can't guarantee you will arrive in time to use the tickets and you might miss the shuttle returning to Orlando.

Q: What happens if a rocket launch is cancelled or rescheduled? (Rocket Launch Scrub Policy)

A: There are no refunds under any circumstances for the purchase of a rocket launch Tour/Activity. Kennedy Space Center is a working Space Launch facility. Tours/Activities may be altered or closed due to operational requirements. All launches are based on targeted/published launch dates. Launch dates are subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep up to date with launch information. Due to the unpredictable nature of a space launch, dates cannot be guaranteed and further terms and conditions may be posted on this website.

If the rocket launch gets scrubbed the following policies will apply:

If a rocket attempt is canceled or delayed more than 24 hours prior to a scheduled Tour/Activity pick-up time, not the launch time of the rocket, then the Customer has a choice to:

  • Reschedule to next rocket launch Attempt at no additional cost.
  • Guest can go on our regular Kennedy Space Center tour for the original date.

If the rocket attempt is canceled or delayed less than 24 hours prior to scheduled, then the Customer has a choice to:

  • Pay $25 per person to reschedule to next launch attempt date.
  • Guest can go on our regular Kennedy Space Center tour for the original date.

In the event that a rocket launch is canceled or delayed while the customers is on their way to or at Kennedy Space Center.

The tour will continue and operate like our Regular Kennedy Space Center Tour. Your tour guide will advise of the return time.

If the Customer wants to reschedule to the next rocket launch attempt.

The following cost will apply:

$119 per Adult (Admission and Transportation)

$109 per Child (Admission and Transportation)

Or

$59 per person (Transportation only)
