The weather in Florida can change rapidly. During the rainy season (May- September) storms will appear and disappear throughout the day. We suggest wearing comfortable clothes/shoes and bringing sunscreen/insect repellent. Our tour guides are accustom to the weather changing frequently and will advise you of any changes in our itinerary.

  • Each one of our tours has a different cancellation policy:
  • Non Refundable
  • 24 Hr Cancelation
  • 72 Hr Cancelation

We are committed to providing full accessibility to customers in wheelchairs. Our fleet is ADA-compliant. However, we do advise you to notify us of any special requirements at least 72 hours prior to making your reservation, so we can make adequate arrangements.

Our tours depart from centralized pickup locations. We only pick up from select location to ensure an efficient departure. Please visit the pickup schedule page for a list of pickup locations.

After your tour is completed you will be returned to your original pickup location.

We currently offer our tours in English.

In order to ensure an amazing tour experience most of our tours have a 12 hour cutoff. This is so we can make all arrangements so your tour runs smoothly. If you would like to make a reservation within the cutoff period please contact our office. (407) 352-4646

When you book a day tour we reserve you a seat on the tour.

We operate a diverse fleet of vehicles. We cannot guarantee what vehicle will be on your tour. Our tours guides will make every reasonable effort to accommodate our guest’s needs.

We have vehicles that accommodate between 13 and 56 passengers. If you are interested in a private tour please contact our office and one our agents will help plan your perfect tour.

We advise arriving at the scheduled departure location 15 minutes prior to the pickup time. We strive to provide an excellent experience for all our guests. If you miss the scheduled departure time please contact our office about alternative locations or times. If you miss the tour you can reschedule your tour to the next available date for a fee. Fee is depending on the tour chosen.
